The Triforce Wielders

Description

I guess this was the best title for this one. If you're wondering who's the other guy next to Link, don't look for him in any of the games, for you won't find him. He's supposed to be Zelda's twin brother, and thus the crown prince of Hyrule (don't mistake him for the prince who is mentioned in AoL). I've named him Zeil. OK, so let me explain this.

A neighboor country has declared war to Hyrule, as the ambicious king wants to obtain the Triforce for his own benefit. He finally opens open the door to the Sacred Realm, and enters in search of the Triforce. However, Zeil follows him and manages to reach the Triforce at the same time. As the legend goes, the Triforce will split in three, the Courage going to Link, and the Wisdom to Zelda. But what about the Power? As both Zeil and the evil king touched the Triforce at the same time, the Goddesses grant Zeil the last part, as he has a righteous heart.

But it's not over yet. The powers of the Triforce have been sealed for the protection of their wielders, and in order to unlock them, each one of them must undergo a trial, a trial of courage for Link, a trial of wisdom for Zelda, and a trial of power for Zeil. Once they succeed, they must work together to stop the evil menace on their kingdom. In order to give them a little more of help, the Goddesses grant each one of them a special gift. Nayru gives Zelda a magic bracelet, to greatly increase her magical powers. Din gives Zeil a powerful sword, imbedded with her sacred fire. And Farore grants Link a shield, something different to the Mirror Shield. Instead of receiving the attacks and sending a powerful counter-attack, this shield absorbs the power of the attacks, and channels it towards Link.

Well, what do you think? Do you like this idea? I've always wanted to do something like this, each one of the parts of the Triforce in good hands.
